12 - Panchayat representatives of Kannoj and Barabanki districts had visited Parwal and Bansiwala villages of district Dehradun and Tiwad and Falsari villages of district Tehri on 3, 4 and 5th September 2015. There were 2 Block Development Officers (BDOs) and 3 consultants were also accompanying the group.
